Course Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for our culinary courses:

• Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more before the course start date
• 75% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before the course start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the course start date
• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the course start date

Transfer & Rescheduling Options

If you're unable to attend your scheduled course, we offer the following options:

• Free transfer to another course date if requested 7 or more days before the course
• Transfer fee of $50 applies if requested 3-6 days before the course
• Transfers not available within 48 hours of the course start date
• Course credits are valid for 6 months from the original course date

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of:

• Medical emergencies (with documentation)
• Family emergencies
• Natural disasters or severe weather conditions

Please contact our customer service team to discuss your options. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis with understanding and flexibility.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Course materials and recipe books once received
• Personal chef equipment packages after unsealing
• Gift certificates and promotional offers
• Processing fees and shipping charges

School Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel a course:

• Full refund will be provided
• Option to transfer to another course date
• Additional 10% discount on your next booking

• Credit card refunds will be issued to the original payment method
